Healthcare & Non-Profit

Macmillan

Macmillan is currently undergoing a digital transformation across to enhance their digital infrastructure and data strategy. The goal is to gain a better understanding of their people and the impact they have on the communities they serve, ultimately enabling more accurate and innovative decision-making.

However, Macmillan has limited ability to use data effectively to improve operational productivity, measure the impact of initiatives, and make data-backed decisions. This is due to factors such as a culture of tech-led, top-down governance, poor reporting practices, and a lack of maturity in terms of data management.

Enluka was brought in to provide support in creating a detailed data strategy, which will cover aspects such as vision and values, people, technology, reporting, and governance. The strategy was presented in a board report, along with strategic recommendations and an implementation roadmap, for consideration by the senior leadership team alongside the Digital Transformation proposal.

Agriculture & Chemicals

Glofert

Glofert, specializing in fertilizer, pesticides, and chemical products, made the decision to transition from multiple separate systems and paper-based processes to the Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Enluka Advisory provided support throughout the procurement stage, and also assisted in selecting the preferred 'Business Integration Partner' to implement an Oracle's Cloud ERP solution.

With the guidance of our ERP Consultants and solution architects, a highly collaborative approach was taken to ensure a successful implementation of the core modules of the Oracle Cloud solution for Glofert. The migration from separate systems to a unified Cloud ERP solution presented challenges, including complexities in data migration, resistance to change, and user adoption.

Despite these challenges, Glofert was able to derive several benefits from their new platform. These included cost savings from eliminating old on-premise solutions, increased self-service capabilities, improved accessibility for staff without council devices, and enhanced data management.

Financial Services

Woven Finance

Woven Finance is an advanced technology platform that helps businesses streamline their financial operations and enhance their financial management capabilities. To enhance analytics reporting on customer journeys and brand loyalty, Woven Finance decided to integrate the Alteryx analytics model into their enterprise data warehouse.

Enluka provided support by developing a prototype model using 12 million data feeds, analyzing 2 million customer journeys, each comprising 11 interactions. Enluka's data engineer utilized Alteryx to construct the analytic model and integrate it into the data warehouse. This enabled the effective tracking and analysis of all customer journeys, introducing a new set of customer-centric Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful implementation resulted in a 40% reduction in customer complaints, an increase in upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and a significant improvement of 10 points in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Education

Imperial College London

Imperial College had put an Advancement CRM system in place in 2005, but over time, the system became outdated and restrictive, with limited processes, features, and functionality. Moreover, it was quickly becoming unsupported, which was a significant concern.

In 2023, the College initiated a procurement process to replace the old system with a new Cloud-based CRM system. To facilitate the implementation of the new system, Enluka Advisory was appointed as the CRM Consultant to deliver the project.

To ensure success, Enluka deployed a functional consultant across key areas of Finance, Data, and Technical Support. This allowed for a better understanding of the impact that the new system would have on these crucial areas. Enluka then put in place initiatives to support these impacts, such as clear communications, training schedules, stakeholder management, and business readiness groups.

Government

Brighton & Hove City Council

In 2022, Brighton and Hove City Council implemented SAP as their system of choice. However, over time, they faced various issues with the current system. As the system became heavily customized, it no longer met the needs of many users within the organization.

The council engaged Enluka Advisory to provide expert advice on the best approach for procuring their future solution. This involved a discovery phase to determine the most effective route to market for acquiring the new system.

We supported Brighton and Hove City Council in conducting a procurement process through the CCS Framework. This process was completed successfully, resulting in the awarding of a contract on a 3 + 1-year term. Oracle was selected as the prime supplier, with Evosys being chosen as the implementation partner.

Trade Union

UNISON

Enluka provided consultancy services to UNISON, a prominent UK trade union, to replace their legacy Moodle LMS with a modern, cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS); Enluka conducted a comprehensive analysis to identify UNISON's specific needs and challenges, developed a robust business case outlining the benefits and ROI of a new solution, and designed a future-proof, cloud-based LMS/CMS tailored to UNISON's requirements, including recommendations for implementation and ongoing support.

How we work

Quiet delivery beats loud promises

Case studies are useful only when they are specific, approved and honest. Until those are written, we would rather show who we have supported and explain how our delivery model works.

Discovery, product thinking, engineering, migration and adoption sit together, so the work can move from a real operational problem to something people can use.
