Consulting capabilities
Advice from people who also have to ship it
Seven capabilities across transformation, engineering, platforms, cloud and adoption. What makes them different is not the list — every consultancy has one — but that the people giving the advice also run the migrations, the go-live weekends and the support calls on our own products.
Transformation
Deciding what should change, and making the change stick.
Digital Transformation
Re-platforming legacy systems, redesigning the services on top of them, and standing up the operating model that keeps them improving after go-live.
02Business Transformation
Process mapping, target operating model, and data and reporting design — connecting how the organisation runs to the numbers it is measured on.
03Change & Adoption
Stakeholder engagement, role-based training, super-user networks and hypercare. The work that turns a delivered system into a used one.
Build and platforms
The systems themselves — bought, configured or built.
Product Design & Engineering
Discovery, architecture, build, migration and handover for enterprise software. The practice that produced all four of our own platforms.
02Enterprise Platforms
ERP, CRM and case management selected, implemented, migrated and integrated — including consolidating an estate that has grown apart.
Cloud and data
What everything else runs on, and what it tells you.
Cloud, Data & AI
Migration and modernisation, a modelled data layer with agreed definitions, and AI applied narrowly with sources shown and human review in the loop.
02Cloud Services
Our established migration and managed hosting practice on Azure and open platforms, handed over so your team can operate it.
How we scale with you
Small enough to answer, structured enough to deliver
Large consultancies solve the scale problem by adding people. That works, and you pay for it — usually with a partner who sold the work and a delivery team you have not met.
We scale differently. Our products absorb the repeatable parts of a programme, so the consulting effort goes into the part that is genuinely specific to you. The people in the first workshop are the people in the go-live weekend. And when your team is ready to take it on, we hand over and leave — which is a strange thing to advertise, and the reason clients come back.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem rather than the solution. Working out which capability applies is our job, and it is free.
