The problem
The risk in a litigation practice is rarely the law. It is the date nobody actioned.
Court orders arrive as documents. Someone reads the deadline, someone else calculates the working days, and a third person is supposed to diarise it. Each handoff is a place the date can be missed — and when it is missed, the firm usually cannot show why.
LexSuite treats a deadline as a first-class object with a source, a calculation and a confidence level. It is extracted from the order, validated by a human, calculated against the rules, monitored, escalated when it is not acknowledged, and — if the worst happens — evidenced.
